Full Mouth Dental Implants UK: Total Cost for Complete Teeth Replacement (2026)

Full mouth dental implants, meaning implant teeth in both the upper and lower jaw, are a private treatment in the UK, and the clinic prices we found for both jaws start at £19,000 to £22,000 and go up to £36,000 or more. The total depends mainly on whether you choose fixed bridges or removable implant dentures, the bridge material, and what the quote leaves out. This guide sets out what named clinics publish, how to compare quotes, and ways to spread or reduce the cost.

We checked every linked page in October 2026. Clinic prices change, and a clinic’s page is marketing as well as information, so use the figures to judge quotes.

How much do full mouth implants cost in the UK?

These are the full mouth (both jaws) prices named clinics publish:

ClinicFull mouth priceWhat to note
Globe Dental Practice (Nantwich)Full mouth packages from £20,900; current full mouth All-on-4 offer from £19,000Single arch from £12,000.
TKC Dental (Kensington and Knightsbridge)£22,000 to £36,000 for a full mouth restorationSingle arch £12,000 to £18,000.
The Gentle Dental (East Molesey)Says All-on-6 for both arches costs £30,000 to £40,000 in the UKIts own All-on-6 price starts from £15,500 per arch, and it says it offers deals for both arches.

Many clinics price per arch. At Yorkshire Dental Suite, the single-arch zirconia package is £12,995, so two arches at that price would come to £25,990 before any discount. At Dental Implants London, the All-on-4 full arch starts at £12,995, also £25,990 for two. Ask whether a full mouth price is discounted against two single arches, as Globe Dental Practice’s and The Gentle Dental’s pages suggest it can be.

Which full mouth option suits you?

The main options, from lowest to highest price, are:

  • **Implant-retained dentures:** removable dentures that clip onto implants. Dental Implants London lists implant-retained dentures (2 to 4 implants) from £4,995. You take them out to clean.
  • **Fixed bridges on four implants per jaw (All-on-4):** see our All-on-4 guide.
  • **Fixed bridges on six implants per jaw (All-on-6):** see our All-on-6 guide.
  • **An implant for most teeth:** UrgentCare Dental estimates that a full arch with traditional implants, at 6 to 8 implants plus individual crowns, comes to £20,000 to £30,000 per arch.

If you still have healthy teeth, a full mouth plan may not be the right starting point. Our full arch comparison and implant vs bridge guide cover partial options.

Does the research favour fixed or removable?

Fixed restorations lost fewer implants in a 2016 meta-analysis of 54 studies: 0.23 against 0.35 implant losses per 100 implant years for removable restorations. The same analysis found implant loss was significantly higher in the upper jaw than the lower jaw, and that upper overdentures on fewer than four implants did worse than those on four. A full mouth plan therefore needs to be judged jaw by jaw.

What should a full mouth quote include?

Ask for each item below by name, for each jaw:

  1. CBCT scans and the consultation fee. Yorkshire Dental Suite charges a £65 consultation fee that covers X-rays, CT scans, photographs and a treatment plan.
  2. Extractions and sedation. UrgentCare Dental puts sedation at £300 to £500.
  3. Bone grafts and sinus lifts. Yorkshire Dental Suite prices these separately.
  4. The temporary bridges and the final bridges, and the material of each.
  5. Follow-up and maintenance visits. UrgentCare Dental says bridges need professional cleaning every 3 to 4 months at £150 to £200 per visit.

How can you spread or reduce the cost?

  • **Treat one jaw at a time.** UrgentCare Dental says some patients tackle one jaw at a time, spacing treatments 6 to 12 months apart to spread costs.
  • **Finance.** Check the total repayable. Yorkshire Dental Suite’s representative example for its £12,995 zirconia package, at 9.9% APR over 60 months, has £16,366.51 repayable in total. Our finance guide and finance calculator help you compare.
  • **Choose the option that fits your mouth.** An implant-retained denture on one jaw and a fixed bridge on the other is one possible plan to discuss with your dentist.
  • **Treatment abroad.** Prices are lower, but follow-up is harder. See our guides for Turkey, Poland and Hungary, and the savings calculator.

Can you get full mouth implants on the NHS?

Rarely. The NHS says implants are usually only available privately and are expensive, and that, although it is rare, they are sometimes available on the NHS for patients who cannot wear dentures for certain reasons, such as mouth cancer or an accident. The usual NHS option is complete dentures, a Band 3 treatment charged at £332.10 in England according to the NHS charges page. See our guide to NHS dental implants.

What does the treatment involve?

For fixed bridges, each jaw usually follows the same steps: a CBCT scan and plan, extractions and implant placement, a temporary fixed bridge, healing, and the final bridge. A 2026 systematic review of the All-on-Four concept describes a provisional prosthesis of 10 to 14 teeth delivered on the same day or shortly after, and the definitive prosthesis after approximately six months of healing. Our same-day teeth guide explains the temporary stage, and the bone graft guide covers what happens if bone is short.

Before you commit, check the practice’s inspection reports through the Care Quality Commission if you are in England, and search the General Dental Council register.
