mydentist is a large UK dental group that offers NHS and private care. Its about us page says it has over 500 UK dental practices and over 25 years caring for UK patients, and describes itself as the UK’s leading provider of affordable dental care. That last phrase is the company’s own description.
Private care at mydentist comes in tiers. Its Premium private dental care page describes three tiers of care: NHS dental care, myoptions private dental care and Premium private dental care. Implants are listed among the popular Premium treatments. The same page says you can move between tiers depending on what is available at your local practice.
What implant treatments does mydentist offer?
mydentist lists several types of implant treatment on its implants page. Not every practice will offer all of them, so use the practice search on that page and ask the practice what it does on site.

How much do dental implants cost at mydentist?
mydentist does not publish an implant price on its national pages. Its implants page says dental implant cost will depend on the type of implant you need as well as your current mouth health. Its Premium price guide lists check-ups, fillings, crowns and other treatments but no implant fee, and tells patients to check with your local practice for a detailed price guide.
So the only reliable price is the one in your written treatment plan. GDC standards say dentists must give patients a written treatment plan, or plans, before their treatment starts, with a realistic indication of the cost. Does mydentist offer finance for implants?
Yes. mydentist advertises 0% APR finance on its implants page, with a minimum spend. The small print says the credit broker is Whitecross Dental Care Limited, part of the mydentist group, and that credit is provided by Secure Trust Bank PLC trading as V12 Retail Finance, subject to affordability, age and status.
Its dental finance page adds these points:
- Depending on the type of credit, you can borrow from £100, subject to status.
- Most patients receive a decision on their application within a day.
- You get a quotation showing the monthly payment and the total interest payable over the term.
- Payments are collected by direct debit.
Ask whether the 0% offer applies to the full amount and the full term you want. Read the total amount repayable as well as the monthly figure.
Can you get implants on the NHS at mydentist?
